Getting to the venue

Haberdashers’ Hall is approximately five minutes' walk from Barbican Underground station, on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines. Farringdon station is also 5 minutes' walk away, accessible on the same lines, but also serviced by mainline rail links via First Capital Connect. St Paul's Underground station is approximately 7 minutes' walk and serviced by the Central line. Further afield the City Thameslink station is justunder 10 minutes' walk and serviced by First Capital Connect. 

By Air

LONDON HEATHROWAIRPORT

The fastest link between Heathrow Airport and central London is the Heathrow Express. Non-stop trains run from Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 to Paddington every 15 minutes, with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes. 

Alternatively, take the London Underground from any terminal, following the Piccadilly Line. The journey time is 50-60 minutes. 

London taxis are available outside each terminal. The cost to central London is £45–£70 and the journey time is approximately one hour.

GATWICK
AIRPORT

The non-stop Gatwick Express is the fastest way into Central London. Trains run every 15 minutes between Gatwick Airport's South Terminal and London Victoria Station, with a journey time of 30 minutes.

Thameslink provides direct trains from Gatwick Airport to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International that leave four times an hour. 

London taxis are available outside each terminal. The cost to central London is £70-£100 and the journey time is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

LONDON CITY
AIRPORT

There are only 2 methods of transport available from City airport to the city centre of London; taxi and the tube. 

Taxi rides to the city centre of London cost around £35 and take around 30 minutes in light traffic.

The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) travels from City airport to the city centre of London every 15 minutes or less and takes approximately 22 minutes to reach the tube network in the centre.

LUTON
AIRPORT

Frequest trains run from Luton Airport Parkway to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International stations, with journey times as little as 24 minutes. A shuttle bus is available from the airport to the station.

Alternatively, for a taxi transfer, visit the Addison Lee office adjacent to the Private Hire area where there is always an Addison Lee private hire available.

By Car

If travelling by car, please note that Haberdashers' Hall is in the Central London congestion charging zone (£8 per day)
There is a road barrier across West Smithfield from Haberdashers' Hall to St Barts Hospital opposite. It is possible to drop off at either side of the barrier.
There is a very limited number of 'Pay & Display' parking spaces, cost £1 per 15 minutes from 0830 to 1830 weekdays, 0830 to 1330 Saturdays. There are a few spaces designated for those displaying disabled badges.
A Corporation of London underground car park is accessible at the east side of the rotunda outside Haberdashers' Hall, accessible only from Long Lane, open 24 hours, price £2 per hour.

Haberdashers’ Hall is opposite St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, with its entrance set through grand iron gates opening into the Hall's courtyard garden.
